my doctor who & good omens opinions

DOCTOR WHO
- i have a lot of opinions on this show and you WILL hear all of them
- when i talk about different doctors i say “four” or “thirteen” instead of using numbers or “thirteenth doctor”. this is both for ease and because i see each of them as their own characters despite all being the same person (lmao)
- fourteen is not ten, they share many characteristics outside of physical appearance but fourteen is well over 1000 years older than ten was. the doctor has changed so much as a person since ten, so when i see people diminishing that personal growth just because they dont like ten/david tennant it makes me really angry. begging some of yall to rewatch the show and pay attention to how the doctor’s characterisation develops. please.
- series 4 of modern DW is my favourite season overall but series 10 is my favourite for it’s rewatchability. the extremis 3 parter is my go-to to rewatch when im bored or just want to watch DW. bill potts you will always be famous
- i grew up watching ten and eleven’s run and stopped watching before twelve, but i now consider him to be MY doctor alongside ten. my entire family are doctor who lovers and have been since the 60s, they all adore four's era
- i am very obsessed with doctordonna and their dynamic. i do not ship them romantically but i do rant A LOT about their platonic love for each other and how important donna was to and for ten. he loved her so much because she took care of him in a way he hadn’t felt before and valued her input and harshness (the wiki literally says he saw her as a maternal figure sometimes. im gonna cry my eyes out). the mental illness has grown so bad that i made a special carrd for them of all my favourite things abt them. check it out if you want (please please please)
- that said i have no interest in tenrose and don't like it very much but i literally dgaf if you do like it, enjoy urself i support you /gen LMAO
- i love thirteen and the hate she gets is really upsetting because it’s not jodie’s fault. jodie played thirteen brilliantly and she reminded me a lot of ten/eleven in the best way, it’s just that the writing was not great, even though the plots themselves were, which really snubbed her performance and is what brings all the hate imo. if her seasons were better executed everyone that disliked her would've loved her lets be fucking real…. she deserved better!!!!!!
- missy is the best master incarnation idgaf anymore. shes so cunt. im also a thoschei enjoyer sorry! 12missy CLEARS im afraid. i need more 10missy content outside of their one (1) audio drama PLEAAAASE
- my favourite DW characters in order are fourteen/ten, twelve, donna, bill, missy, nardole, wilfred

GOOD OMENS
- i use she/her and he/him pronouns for crowley and aziraphale interchangeably. i also see them both as nonbinary genderless asexual lesbians that both usually present as butch/soft butch, to be blunt. lmfao. neil gaiman himself has said they’re not gay men because they’re not men, so they can be anything i like <3 cheers
- i retweet a lot of fanart of aziracrow and some of it is feminine presenting fanarts. these are not genderbends as it’s canon that they present female when wanting to. this also goes for art that has one character presenting feminine and the other presenting masculine. such content can usually be seen as making a queer couple hetero, but because they’re both genderless its still just nonbinary love
- i do not enjoy or engage with nsfw/suggestive aziracrow content as i personally prefer only romantic and sfw content of them, but i won’t yuck anyones yum for liking nsfw of them lol. i view aziracrow as asexual but they can still do whatever they want or whatever you want them to do idgaf, it’s a spectrum baby!
- i have a minor obsession with crowley, especially her pre-fall angel identity. i speculate a lot and am incredibly curious to know what rank she was or if he was one of the biblically canon angels. personally i think she was the dominion/archangel (debated) baraqiel, angel of lightening and weather who was known to be draped in red. if her name never is revealed for the sake of keeping the “fallen angel trans allegory” alive then i hope we at least learn what his rank was!! im so curious OTL
- people that genuinely hate or think aziraphale's being cruel/rude on purpose after season 2 aren’t understanding the show correctly and need to watch it again
- if we dont get 60s feminine presenting aziracrow in season 3 there will be bloody murder
- i don’t read fanfics but i do enjoy aziracrow dialogue threads on twitter, however i’m very critical of them sometimes because a few writers write aziracrow using colloquial american english and it just irks me so bad LMAOOO i don’t even think aziraphale has the word “awesome” in his vocabulary. aziraphale and crowley (crowley a little less-so) have posh english speech patterns. crowley’s accent pre-fall was even more posh than aziraphale’s!! idk i just get so Eugh when im reading a good dialogue scenario idea but the writing of how the characters speak just does not have that same british nuance that’s necessary to make their voices appear in my head LMFAOOOO
- bouncing off the previous point, i erm. i write my own little aziracrow dialogues and even draw crowley’s outfits for them sometimes. here’s a link to the master doc. lol
